Clear, effective and frequent communication is the key to a strong, beneficial accountant/client relationship. We speak with our clients frequently. Our accounting clients typically discuss their business with us at least quarterly. If your business requires more frequent consultation we can definitely accommodate those needs.

Collaboration through the year is an important piece of our relationship. We assist our clients with a variety of financial decisions, like hiring, buy vs. rent, and much more. We provide solutions that allow you to make quick, well informed decisions that will optimize your business.

To grow, you must have a financial model that is honest and detailed. We will assist you with building your plan and keeping it updated with actual results.

Cash flow projections are vital to the success of all businesses, large and small. Detailed cash flow projections can be complicated, but we provide you with the information and knowledge you need to optimize your cash.
- How can I calculate my break-even point?
Analysis of a number of metrics will allow us to calculate whether your business is making a profit or a loss. We will complete the necessary work to identify your break-even point to enhance your pricing models.
- How can I reduce my expenses without compromising my quality or service?
A full review of your profit and loss statement will identify areas that could provide cost savings. We perform these reviews with every new client and at least annually with all current clients.
- What are your qualifications?
Our Founder and Principal, Michael Caramagno, is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Illinois. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation. He has more than a decade of experience as an accountant and has worked with many clients in a variety of financial situations.
- What if I made a mistake on a prior year tax return?
The IRS will often catch math errors and alert you to them. If you receive a notice from the IRS, we are very experienced with the audit process and will guide you through it to ensure the best possible outcome. If you left out income or didn’t claim a credit or deduction, it’s also possible to file an amended return correcting the mistake. If you are in this situation, we can discuss the options that are available to you.
